KHWAISH-TOY STORE has a strict policy regarding exchanges and returns. The company does not accept any exchange or return of products unless a wrong or damaged piece has been shipped to the customer. In case a customer receives a wrong or damaged product, they are required to send an image & 360 degree Video while opening the package to the KHWAISH-TOY STORE team within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and should have the original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase. To return a product, KHWAISH-TOY STORE will provide the customer with a return shipping label that must be attached to the original packaging. Once the order is placed our backend team immediately processes for the dispatch to provide a better experience to the customers, hence we do not accept cancellations once the orders has been placed.
